Riyadh Masters 2023 Tournament Schedule:

The Riyadh Masters 2023 is scheduled to take place from Wednesday, July 19, to Sunday, July 30. The event will span a total of 12 days and will be held at the Gamers8 festival in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh Masters 2023 Prize Pool:

The tournament boasts an impressive USD 15,000,000 total prize pool, making it one of the most lucrative Dota 2 tournaments in 2023. With such a substantial reward at stake, the competition promises to be intense, driving teams to deliver their best performances.

Riyadh Masters 2023 Participating Teams:

The tournament will feature a total of 20 of the world’s best Dota 2 teams. To qualify for the Riyadh Masters 2023, teams had to go through rigorous qualifiers and earn their spots based on their performance in previous events. Each team will be vying for the prestigious title of Riyadh Masters Champions.

Riyadh Masters 2023 Format: Rules and Regulations

The Riyadh Masters 2023 will consist of three main stages: Play-Ins, Group Stage, and Playoffs.

Play-Ins (July 19-20):

Twelve teams will compete on the Play-Ins stage, split into two round-robin groups of six teams each. A best-of-two format will be used for all games during this phase. Each group’s top two teams will proceed to the group stage. Additionally, the last eight teams who advance to the next level will be decided by cross-group matches between the third vs. sixth and fourth vs. fifth teams.

Group Stage (July 21-24):

The 12 qualified teams will be split up into two round-robin groups of eight teams each for the Group Stage. The matchups in this stage will likewise be best-of-two, much like the Play-Ins. The top four teams from each group will advance to the Upper Bracket Playoffs, while the fifth- and sixth-placed teams advance to the Lower Bracket Playoffs. The teams in seventh and eighth positions will be eliminated from the competition. There will be a total of 12 clubs who make the playoffs.

Playoffs (July 25-30):

The Riyadh Masters 2023 will conclude with the Playoffs, in which the top 12 teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket. Eight teams will compete in the Upper Bracket, while four teams will compete in the Lower Bracket. Except for the Grand Finals, which will feature an exciting best-of-5 matchup, all matches in this stage will be played in a best-of-3 format. The Riyadh Masters Champions will be the group that triumphs in the Grand Finals.

The Riyadh Masters 2023 is set to be a thrilling and fiercely competitive Dota 2 tournament. The stakes are bigger than ever with a star-studded roster of teams and a sizable prize pool up for grabs.
