PUBG Mobile World Invitation 2023: All You Need To Know
Tencent recently announced the 2023 edition of PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI), and here’s everything you need to know about the event. They revealed that it will have a total of $3 million (approximately 24 Crore) as the prize money. It will be played on the Sony Xperia smartphone. Take a look at the details.
When will the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2023 take place?
The PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2023 is all set to take place from 11th July till 16th July. It will be segregated into two parts, namely the All-stars event and the main event. All the event will go live from 4:30 PM IST on the above dates.
The schedule for the two stages is as follows:
- All-Stars Stage: July 11 to 13
- Main Tournament: July 14 to 16

Riyadh Boulevard in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is the official location for the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2023.
PMWI 2022 Main event teams and format
PMWI All-Stars Stage
The PMWI All-Stars Stage will take place from 11th July to 13th July. This stage will have 18 teams competing, which have been selected from different regions through an in-game voting system last month. The top six will proceed to the Main Tournament. These are the 18 teams:
- Alpha7 Esports (Americas Championship, Brazil)
- Geekay Esports (MEA Championship, Middle East)
- Tianba (PEL, China)
- Stalwart Esports (SA Championship, Mongolia)
- Reject (PMJL, Japan)
- Twisted Minds (Saudi League)
- Box Gaming (PMSL, Vietnam)
- STE (PEL, China)
- Alter Ego (PMSL, Indonesia)
- Fire Flux Esports (European Championship, Turkey)
PMWI MAIN TOURNAMENT
The PMWI 2023 will be played between the top six teams from the All-Stars Stage and 10 regional champions over a course of three days from 14th July to 16th July. The following 10 teams have directly qualified for the PMWI 2023 Main Tournament:
