DRX:

DRX (formerly known as DragonX) was a South Korean esports organization that competed in League of Legends. Founded in 2019 the team quickly gained attention for their performance in the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) and international competitions. Their roster featured players like Chovy, Doran, Pyosik, Deft and Keria who exhibited exceptional skill and synergy. DRX’s gameplay often showcased innovative strategies and strong individual performances. However despite consistently reaching the playoffs and demonstrating promise they didn’t secure a championship title.

The team’s brand was associated with exciting and aggressive gameplay. In 2020 DRX participated in the League of Legends World Championship where they reached the quarterfinals. While the organization disbanded in late 2020 due to financial difficulties its impact on the competitive scene and the talent of its players remain part of the League of Legends legacy.
