5 Characters Who Are No Longer Part Of One Piece Anime Series

1 years ago By AI Smith

The expansive world of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece is filled with a diverse ensemble of characters that have captivated fans throughout its thousand-chapter journey. While each character has played a crucial role in driving the plot forward, some have gradually faded into the background, no longer part of the ongoing narrative. In this article, we explore five characters who have bid farewell to the One Piece anime series.

1. Captain Kuro

Current Whereabouts Unknown Captain Kuro, the former captain of the Black Cat Pirates and primary antagonist of the Syrup Village arc in the East Blue Saga, has vanished from the story. After being defeated by Luffy, Kuro returned to piracy, and his last appearance was his reaction to Luffy’s first bounty. It is unlikely that he will reappear in the near future.

2. Gin

A Promise Unfulfilled Gin, the battle commander of the Krieg Armada and a formidable character until the Baratie arc, made a promise to meet the Straw Hat Pirates in the Grand Line. However, he has not been seen or mentioned since, even in cover stories. The reason behind his absence remains a mystery.

3. Arlong

Consigned to Marine Custody Arlong, once a notorious menace in the East Blue, was imprisoned in Impel Down after being defeated by Kizaru. Although later freed by Jinbe, Arlong’s subsequent activities are unknown. Strangely, he did not appear in the Impel Down arc where Luffy encountered many of his former adversaries.

4. Crocodile

Somewhere in the New World Crocodile, a former Shichibukai and once a formidable rival to Luffy, was defeated and imprisoned in Impel Down. Surprisingly, he was later freed by Luffy and played a significant role in the Marineford arc. Since then, Crocodile’s whereabouts have remained undisclosed, though it is likely he is in the New World.

5. Jabra

Enigmatic Status as a CP-0 Member Jabra, introduced during the Enies Lobby arc as the third strongest member of Cipher Pol 9, possesses great combat skills. While it is presumed that he has become a member of CP-0 like Rob Lucci and Kaku, his current status has not been revealed since his appearance in Enies Lobby.

As the One Piece anime series progresses, several characters have faded from the spotlight, no longer actively participating in the ongoing narrative. Captain Kuro, Gin, Arlong, Crocodile, and Jabra have all left their mark in the story, but have since become enigmatic figures, their stories left untold. However, in the vast world of One Piece, anything is possible, and fans eagerly await any potential future appearances or revelations involving these characters.
